Customer Success Specialist (EMEA, German-speaking)

At Driversnote, we help people and businesses effortlessly track mileage and manage expenses. We’re looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join our Support & Success team, focusing on the EMEA region.

In this role, you’ll own the customer journey across EMEA, ensuring smooth onboarding, responsive support, and long-term success. As a German speaker, you’ll also provide localized, high-quality service for our German-speaking customers. This role blends hands-on technical support with proactive customer success management, giving you a chance to make a real impact on retention and growth.

What you’ll do

  • Support and guide EMEA customers throughout the entire lifecycle: from onboarding to renewal.
  • Provide empathetic, high-quality support in both English and German, handling tickets, troubleshooting, and day-to-day enquiries.
  • Lead B2B discovery calls and demos, follow up with tailored documentation, and support activation.
  • Proactively engage customers to reduce churn and improve retention.
  • Create and maintain onboarding materials and success resources for EMEA customers, including German-language content.
  • Collaborate with the global support, success and sales teams to share insights, improve processes, and achieve shared goals.

What we're looking for

  • Native-level German speaker with excellent written and spoken skills.
  • Strong English communication skills for working across the EMEA region and with the global team.
  • Experience in customer success, customer support, or B2B account management.
  • Comfortable with technical troubleshooting and everyday customer enquiries, as well as success initiatives like onboarding and retention.
  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools (Help Scout, CRMs, Google Workspace, etc.).
  • Organized multitasker who thrives in a flow-based, dynamic workday.
